New Pattern
Hvervenbukta
This week's pattern is a highly cabled scarf -- Hvervenbukta. The sample was knitted in fingering weight yarn because I'm a glutton for punishment, but it would look great in DK, sport, or worsted too.
Last week I released the pattern for the Treschow fingerless mitts. This sweet design features a Japanese motif with lace and cables, and is a quick knit in fingering weight yarn. The sample was knitted in a woollen-spun yarn, giving the mitts a soft and gentle look, but a denser worsted-spun yarn will really make the cables pop.
Finally, a protest pattern for the fall. On 18 October, 50501 is hosting protests across the United States with the theme "No Kings" and this hat would be a great accessory.
